In March, Sebastiano will be playing in three different events with the University of Birmingham orchestras. Music includes Mozart’s Requiem, Elgar’s Cello Concerto, Vaughan Williams’ Symphony No.8 and others.


These are the dates, venues and programs:


7th of March: Barber Institute, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston, Birmingham, 1.10pm. With the New Music Ensemble conducted by Daniele Rosina. Music by Fumiko Miyachi and other new composers. Free Entrance.


16th of March: Town Hall, Paradise Circus, Birmingham, 6pm. With the Philarmonic Orchestra and Chorus. Copland’s Appalachian Springs and Mahler’s Symphonic Movement conducted by Daniele Rosina and Mozart’s Requiem conducted by Simon Hasley. Tickets £15, 60plus £10, Students and under 16s £5


23rd of March: Elgar Concert hall, Bramall building, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston, Birmingham, 6pm. With the Symphony Orchestra conducted by Andrew Kirkman. Elgar’s Cello Concerto, Vaughan William’s Symphony No.8 and Simeon Liley’s Edgbaston in the Rain. Tickets £10, £8 concessions, £3 students
